What counts as “heavy buildup”?
If the yard hasn't been scooped in two weeks or more — or you honestly don't know — pick the heavy option in signup. It covers the extra time it takes to work through tall grass, pine straw and sandy spots where piles hide. If we get there and it's lighter than expected, we refund the difference. If it's heavier than the heavy option (months of buildup, multiple large dogs), we'll text you a fair adjustment before we start.
