Who we are

What we collect

Only what you give us. When you book online, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email, phone, billing address and card. We receive your contact details and plan, and we never see or store your full card number. We also get the service address, number of dogs, service day, gate code and notes you enter. When you text, call or email us, we get your phone number or email address and whatever you include.

How we use it

To schedule visits, bill your plan, send visit reminders and reply to you. We text you only about your service, as our SMS Terms describe.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy. The companies that run our phone line, email and records handle your information only so we can serve you.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text and texts from us stop. To see, fix or delete what we have about you, text (850) 273-8546 or email hello@bayouscoop.com.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and billing records while you are a customer and as long as tax and business records require. We keep a record of any text opt in and opt out so we can honor your choice.
